Freelance Graphic Designer (Project-based)

Studio Alder is looking for a freelance graphic designer to take on project-based work for our client roster — mostly small and mid-sized brands needing social media creatives, packaging concepts, and the occasional brand identity project.

What this involves

• Project-based assignments, typically 1-3 weeks each, with clear briefs and deadlines
• Direct communication with clients on some projects, with our team on others
• Pay is per project, scoped and agreed before work begins — no fixed monthly commitment

What we’re looking for

• A portfolio link is required with your application — we can’t evaluate designers without seeing recent work
• Reliable communication and the ability to hit deadlines without close supervision
• Experience with brand or packaging design is a strong plus, but strong social media design work is enough to be considered

This is ongoing freelance work, not a single project — designers who work out well are typically offered a steady stream of assignments.
