Sales Executive - FMCG Distribution

Meridian FMCG Distributors is hiring a field sales executive to manage retailer relationships across the Pune metro area.
What you’ll do
- Visit assigned retail outlets on a set beat schedule, taking orders and resolving stock issues
- Onboard new retail outlets in your territory
- Track daily visits and orders through our sales app
What we’re looking for
- Prior field sales experience in FMCG, consumer durables, or retail distribution
- Strong local market knowledge of the Pune area is a plus
- Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives on top
Fixed monthly salary with a clearly defined incentive structure — full details shared during the interview.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of field sales experience, FMCG or retail distribution preferred
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license required for daily market visits
- Comfortable with monthly targets and basic reporting on a mobile app
